- Spanakopita - something more snacky since there is always an abundance of food. But it's elegant and looks kind of fancy. I also have phyllo in the freezer.

- Zucchini cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Yes, this is kind of random, but I have a bunch of zucchini to use and I've been meaning to do something with it all week.
- Chocolate-dipped fruit. I have strawberries and pineapple. Both which look and smell delicious. Plus, I have all that chocolate from the chocolate class at Oh! Chocolate. How many times can one use the word "chocolate" in a sentence?
