A Seafood Feast











Here's a picture of the seafood feast we made a few weeks back. We actually shucked our own oysters on the half shell (i'm very impressed by this) and made some mussels in a white wine/saffron broth. Can I just say that it was SO easy and tasted SO good! Top it off with a nice loaf of bread and a simple salad. Bellisimo!
