The grilling season has more than launched. It's been super nice the last few days. Here's an example of some grilling I have been doing. There were also some really nice steaks -- and the surprise were some nice pork chops. I had not really grilled those before. They turned out REALLY GOOD! And, I'm able to just sort of cook away without having to consult guides and recipes anymore. It's really cool. I just grill and it turns out. WOW.Oh, this is a brat that we did with some onions, peppers and kraut. All on a French roll. Not too shabby. I know this is hard to believe, but I ate this without making a total mess. Whoa.
