This has been a hit this winter. Just throw a couple of cans of white beans, chicken broth, green chiles, diced chicken and monterey jack into a crock pot and turn it on. Voila! I've just discovered Trader Joe's corn bread mix. It is really good! Sweet, with whole corn -- I like it.

Crock Pot White Chicken Chili
This has been a hit this winter. Just throw a couple of cans of white beans, chicken broth, green chiles, diced chicken and monterey jack into a crock pot and turn it on. Voila! I've just discovered Trader Joe's corn bread mix. It is really good! Sweet, with whole corn -- I like it.
